Return and Refund Policy
The refund period is 28 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned as solid in sealable condition with the original packaging. Items eligible for refund need to be posted to us within 28 days of purchase. We recommend tracked postal service and retaining proof for customer's record. The cost of returning item(s) from online purchases will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights pursuant to the Clause 8 (Cooling Off Period).Refund will be processed 8-10 working days form the date items are returned to our office.
